Even though I was being serviced by Michelle, Richard made a point to introduce himself and welcome me to the salon. The salon ambiance is not nearly as glamorous as other downtown Wellesley salons (those salons can be very intimidating to deal with.) However, their prices are half of what their competitors charge. More important, they listen more and I am extremely pleased with the result. I was in the market for a new salon because of bad experiences at two other nearby competitors.
